1. Acceptance

By installing the CodePeel GitHub App or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

CodePeel is an AI-powered code review tool that analyzes GitHub pull requests and posts findings as inline comments. The service is provided “as is” with no warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.

3. Usage & Credits

• Free accounts receive 50 review credits per month.
• Pro accounts receive 2,500 review credits per user per month for $9.99/user/mo.
• Pay-as-you-go credits can be purchased and do not expire.
• Credits are deducted per PR reviewed. Unused monthly credits do not roll over.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the code in your repositories.
• AI review findings are suggestions — you decide what to act on.
• Do not use CodePeel to process code you do not have permission to analyze.
• Do not attempt to abuse the credit system or billing API.

5. Intellectual Property

Your code remains yours. CodePeel does not claim any ownership of code analyzed through the service. AI-generated review comments and suggestions are provided for your use but carry no copyright claim by CodePeel.

6. Limitation of Liability

CodePeel is a developer tool, not a security audit. We are not liable for bugs missed, false positives, false negatives, or any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. Use at your own risk.

7. Termination

You may uninstall the GitHub App and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the GitHub App or email.
